Tappy Toes is a dance and movement class for boys and girls aged 6 months to 5 years.

Our syllabus is designed specifically for this age group, following EYFS Guidelines, to encourage creativity, improve coordination, increase confidence and develop rhythm and musicality. We use a fun mix of pop songs, Disney tunes, nursery rhymes and music from their favourite TV shows. Dancing with props like pompoms, dance ribbons, bells and hoops. We sing songs with actions, and tell stories through dance and movement.

Classes are as follows:

Teeny Toes - for babies from 6 months and up. Using lots of different props, songs with actions and movement for baby and parent to do together.

Toddle Toes - Walking to 2.5 years. Moving up from our baby class, Toddle Toes introduces your little one to more dance specific movements and stretches in a fun and imaginative way.

Tots Toes - 2.5-4 years. For our older dancers we focus on all the basic dance movements. Skipping, twirling, galloping, pointing toes, jumping and lots more

Tip Toes - 3-5 years. This is our ballet specific class, teaching all the basic ballet movements including plies, spring pointes and twirls with the use of imagery to really get your little ones engaged.

Hi there! My name is Emma Shannon and I have loved art from a very young age. I qualified as a primary teacher in 2006 and soon discovered that, due to timetable restraints, there was not enough time dedicated to the arts at school. I was often seeing children with low confidence being taken out of a rare art lesson to do more maths and English.

I believe that we should value art as a subject more as being creative makes us feel good, increases our self confidence and helps us think in different ways.

As an artist and a teacher, it was the logical choice to bring my two passions together to create Go Sketch Club!

I believe in teaching children that there is no such thing as 'good art' and 'bad art', only art we like and don't like. Everyone likes different art! We celebrate 'mistakes' as 'opportunities' within the creative process.

Go Sketch Club aims to develop young artists into self confident, imaginative and creative thinking adults of tomorrow. What can we offer?

All you need to do is have an idea for the theme, supply a work space and away we go! We can travel to a venue you have hired out or we can come to your home.

For example we can do a workshop on cartooning, comic strips, kawaii cartoons, manga/anime faces, zendoodle animals, watercolour painting (any topic), painting masterpiece with a canvas each, clay sculpture and we can even tailor make a party to fit your theme. Cook Stars offer a range of fun, relaxed and friendly cookery and craft classes. We encourage a love of good food and teach children and teens how to prepare delicious meals from scratch.

By its very nature cooking is great fun for children! Our classes keep kids engaged and interested throughout with both cookery and arts/crafts at each class. We provide all ingredients, cooking equipment, an apron, a craft activity, packaging and cooking know-how. Everyone takes home their lovely dish along with a recipe card to cook again at home.

Every class offers plenty of hands-on experience of preparing different dishes each week, exploring a variety of ingredients, trying out delicious new foods and having lots of messy fun in the process!

We teach a huge array of amazing main courses and delicious puddings using a variety of techniques to build confidence in the kitchen week on week. Every week we cook something different with a mixture of main courses and puddings.

“We recently worked with Smart Raspberry for our discovery week. Our theme was Mind, Body and Soul. We were given amazing options for our cooking class and they were able to work with our date and time constraints. In the end, we chose smoothies and a noodle salad. Create Inn is a family run paint-your-own-pottery studio offering excellent unique fun for the whole family.

You do not need to have any previous experience or any artistic talent to create your own masterpiece. Just choose your item from a large range of unpainted pottery pieces and get creative! Select paints and brushes to decorate and personalise your pottery, we will then glaze and fire your piece, ready for you to collect in a few days time.
