Yippee Play and Leisure Provision for Children with Disabilities
Yippee is the YMCA’s fun and safe playschemes for children aged 5-11 with a wide range of disabilities and complex needs.
Our qualified and experienced staff encourage disabled children to take part in a variety of age appropriate activities including cookery, music, arts and crafts, gardening, sports and tactile play plus trips out for activities like swimming and bowling.
Yippee runs every Saturday (10.00am-4.00pm), two Sundays per month (10.00am-4.00pm) and every Thursday after school (3.00-6.00pm) and runs weekdays during all school holidays (10.00am-4.00pm).
