Palms School of Dance offers classes in ballet and modern dance for girls and boys from 2 years and tap from 8 years in Cadishead, Orford and Glazebury.

We aim to offer everyone the chance to dance in fun, friendly and relaxed classes run by a fully qualified and experienced dance teacher. All children are invited to take an annual exam and perform in our annual show in the summer and at Christmas. The Multi-Active programme is designed for 5-14s, with children grouped by age, and activities from 8.15am to 5.30pm.

The amazing Red Tops kick off each week with a whole camp warm up, group games and activities. Kim Lewis is an author and illustrator of charming children’s books all about rural life and we have some original artwork and transcripts from her books, including Floss, Emma's Lamb, Just Like Floss and Shepherd's Boy. Children will love following the Little Baa trail round the farm, dressing up as a shepherd, and looking for Floss's mischievous puppies hiding in the maize maze.

Kim visits the farm on 2nd August to sign copies of her books. Other farm activities include regular talks on our livestock and the opportunity to meet our newly hatched out chicks and ducklings. Additionally, the farm is hosting the Fun Dog Show on 10th August and the English Country Weekend on the August bank holiday weekend.

Also at Tatton, children will have great fun in the gardens with the maze and trail to follow, there is also a family trail in the mansion and of course the adventure playground to let off any excess energy.
