Award Winning Self-Catering Cottages on a working farm, near the North Cornish coast.
The Olde House, owned by the Hawkey Family and awarded Gold at the 2015/16 Cornwall Tourism Awards and 2017 finalists at the national Visit England Awards, provide wonderful family holidays on a working farm.
The cottages, sleeping from 2 - 10 people, are well appointed and cosy, giving you a home from home feel. The family offer a 'holiday for all seasons' and aim to provide a memorable holiday at any time of the year. Facilities include a swimming pool complex, indoor and outdoor play areas, tennis courts, farm trail and a bird hide.
During the school holidays free activities are run by the family, including a farm ride, pond dipping, falconry, archery, woodland fun and a communal barbecue. The activities are a great way to meet other families and for the children to form friendships and get closer to nature. The Pet’s Corner is open every day except Sundays and helpers are always welcome at the twice daily feeding times. Dogs are welcome in most cottages and the farm trail is a great walk for all the family to enjoy with their four-legged companions.
The Olde House is situated in the small, picturesque village of Chapel Amble on the north Cornish coast, close to the popular villages of Port Isaac, Polzeath and Padstow, which offer a fantastic collection of beaches and award-winning eateries.
