About Lee Valley Athletics Centre

Athletics is fun, everyone can do it and it’s a great way to keep fit and improve your co-ordination skills! At Lee Valley Athletics Centre you can take part in a range of athletics activities. Be trained by experienced coaches and take part in sport alongside some of Britain’s finest athletes.

The centre holds athletics events and after school sessions and holiday courses for children who’ll get the chance to take part in a range of activities on the same track as some of the world’s greatest athletes and develop their skills in:

• relays
• shot and discus
