About Bibury Trout Farm
Founded in 1902, Bibury Trout Farm can be found in the heart of the beautiful Cotwolds village of Bibury. Primarily a working farm breeding and rearing high quality trout for restocking angling waters it has welcomed visitors since 1965, who can see the water come alive as the fish fed and learn the life of a Trout! Numerous ducks, swans, geese and other wildlife can be seen and fed in the beautiful surroundings.
Visitor’s facilities include a quality gift shop, fish counter, delicatessen, picnic and BBQ areas, play area, plant sales and a free car park. During the warmer months refreshments are available and during weekends (March-Oct) and school holidays we run a small ‘catch your own’ fishery – all equipment is provided and staff available to help, making it ideal for children and beginners! Cycle hire is available and organised children’s parties are a anew popular addition.
