West London School of Dance was founded in 1986 by Anna du Boisson. We offer classes for boys and girls age 2½-16 years old in ballet, pointe work, tap, jazz, annual performances.
The purpose of the school is to teach different forms of dance and to provide students with the opportunity to perform in professionally staged productions. Bursaries are available. The philosophy of Anna and her teachers is to inspire in their pupils a love of music, movement and freedom of expression through dance. The skills gained through encouragement and discipline in the classroom can be applied to all aspects of their lives beyond the classroom.
The classes are highly professional, all accompanied by pianists and taught by qualified staff. Unlike other ballet schools in London, the school does not follow an exam syllabus to measure progress; instead it offers its students the challenge and thrill of performance.
Classes are held during term time for boys and girls. Sign up now for a FREE taster class.
